Photography ***Mühldorfer Beach Volleyball Competition*** (Sport Photography)

Today and tomorrow are the Mühldorfer Beach Volleyball games. The men played today but the girls are going to play tomorrow so I'll be there to get some great shots of "booty".

I took a lot of pictures (you need to in sport photography) and I only am posting the "action / interesting" shots for your enjoyment. Like I said, the men played today and the girls are playing tomorrow.

Team Mühldorf by the way are doing very well. I think they may have even reached the final which is tomorrow. Didn't stick around the whole day because there was a "race" around the corner which I had to photograph. Pics are coming up but I need time...

Some GIRLS! Man, one of them was a cutie...except for that TRAMP STAMP on her back. Ewwwww...

Whoa! NICE ASS AND TAN!!! And no visible tattoos!

And lastly, the local politicians also had a game (just for fun). I took the liberty of picking on one of them in particular with speechbubbles. He's actually a really nice and funny guy who also runs a local backery. You can see which party they represent by looking at their shirts. The current political party running Mühldorf is part of the CSU (Christliche Sozial Union).

The "grandma" actually ran for major this year but lost to Günther Knoblauch, who became major for the third time in a row.

This guy is our second mayor, Stefan Huber.

At what ISO did you shoot those Christian?

I generally used an ISO of 400 or 800 in Sport mode. Some shots were taken in Program Automatic mode where I also adjusted the lens to constant sharpness for these types of photographs. I also changed the shooting function from singular to continuous.

In general though, I simply kept it in sport mode but the problem was that I cannot adjust the exposure and white balance functions when in this mode. This meant I had to alternate between sport and program automatic mode, the latter which allows me to change every single function on the camera (Nikon D40 with 18-55 lens).

So did you did you take any of them home afterwards?

What i have noticed in german girls, is that most of them have very nice bodies, but they lack decent faces...

I used to be in the school volleyball team. Man, those were the (horrible) days...

Glad we agree. Tattoos might be tastefully done but I always viewed them as "trashy" and "raunchy". I think a beautiful female body should be kept "stock" and not ruined with tattoos! It's like sending your lovely Mercedes S-Class to Wald or Lorinser and then getting a messed-up version back!

I could if I wanted too, but my bed ain't big enough for all of them.

We have a lot of local girls here with nice bodies and faces, but they're harder to photograph.

I am totally apathetic when it comes to politics. But that guy I made fun of would be cool with it if he saw these pictures, trust me.

This was a great opportunity to practice my sport photography skills and improve them as well as getting to know my camera better. Plus, I got a lot of great shots that are going into my portfolio and can hopefully impress the right people in the photography business I am going to meet once I begin my studies at the U5 Akademie in Munich!
