Last Sunday was the annual "Mühldorfer Stadtplatz New Car Show" where the local car dealerships generally tend to showcase new cars, existing cars and try to get people interested in them. So here are some small boring write ups and pictures. Enjoy.
Alfa Romeo / Opel
"Scheidl" is the name of this dealership that sells both Opel's and Alfa Romeo's. There was pretty much nothing to see here except some gorgeous Alfa Romeo's and a few cool Opel's. I loved the Alfa Romeo GT and Brera. From Opel, I was only interested in the Astra GTC and Cabrio. The only Opel that stole the show was the Opel GT, not because it was new, but because of its kickass design and color. Gorgeous car.
Alfa Romeo GT
Alfa Romeo Brera Convertible
Alfa Romeo 159 Estate
Alfa Romeo 147
Alfa Romeo Brera Coupe
Opel. The van in the middle is a Zafira OPC, the performance version.
Opel Astra Cabrio
Opel Astra GTC
Opel GT
Opel Antara
The rest of the Opels...
New Opel Corsa
Audi
The only new cars are at Audi were the new A4 sedan and A5 coupe. They also had an S3 which wasn't very nice in the blue color it was presented in. The new A4 is gorgeous, a bit bland since it looks like the predecessor but still a sweet ride. The A5 is probably the hottest German coupe in its class at the moment in my opinion.
New Audi A4
Audi A6 Avant S-Line
Audi S3
Audi A5 3.0 TDI
BMW / MINI
Like Audi, BMW had nothing new to showcase except perhaps the 1-Series Coupe and the MINI Clubman. The 1-Series Coupe shown was a 123d and it was very nice. I'm digging these and it is on my dreamcars list for sure. The MINI Clubman on the other hand was hideously ugly. I've seen them before on the road but this was the first time I got to see one upclose. What's the point of this thing again?
The 325i Cabrio they showcased was also very lovely, I like them as well.
BMW 325i Cabrio
BMW 123d Coupe
MINI's and MINI Clubman
