Morgan SP1 unveiled at Salon Prive

Morgan has introduced the one-off SP1 (Special Project 1) at Salon Prive.
Created by the company's Special Projects Division, the car was features a handcrafted aluminum body which draws inspiration from theLifeCar concept. The end result isn't particularly attractive but it's still recognizable as a Morgan.
While the exterior styling won't win everyone over, the interior is a magnificent mix of metal, Ash wood and African Bubinga Red hardwood. The car also has aniline leather upholstery, an iPad-based infotainment system and a series of roof-mounted toggle switches.
Performance specifications were not announced but Morgan says the car is powered by a Ford-sourced 3.7-liter V6 engine which has been equipped with a sports exhaust system and a new engine management system.
