Mercedes Vision Iconic

In silver even nicer this render. That would be massive!

They changed up the GLC to have this grille, and the W224 definitely is not too late even if the design was already 'frozen'

I didn't say it was too late for the W224, I was saying they've already just recently agreed on the W224 design so let's see if this big of a grille is indeed the future for the S-class. It's not like Gorden whipped this concept up last week and displayed it - they've been toying with this big grille idea for a long time. The GLC and C-class grille change was approved end of summer 2024.

It just occured to me that this concept could influence that mysterious split rear window S-class coupe we saw spyshots of earlier this year.

Please I beg you Mercedes just make the damn thing and make it platform agnostic between MB.EA-L and MRA2. Please.

Mercedes won’t miss with the S. I would like to see the next GLS truly match it in every way.

Mercedes should really up their interior quality tho, offer different trims more classic and less of that tacky scratchy black piano, and it would sell like crack

Hopefully they go somewhere interesting with their art deco inspired hybrid of tech and analog, from the concept.

Yes! That would be really something. W222 and Bentley like tech intergration but more up to date. The days of who has the biggest screen and sheer screens overwhelming can’t pass soon enough imo.

W224. Hopefully. Don’t mess up the W223 trying to fit a grille to it that it wasn’t designed for. Good design doesn’t need a dramatic facelift. The W223 is a pretty car in need of quality upgrades and an ever so slight tweak of the exterior.

They'll manage to fit it on the W223 and enlarge/embolden it on the W224.

Can't afford to have the W223 FL looking 'soft' next to a GLC EV.

The renders however do show the waste of time 'Vision' could morph into a very attractive S. Wishful thinking? There's only one member on here who knows.
