no BMW was sold in january?
I’ve been seeing those A6 e-tron’s more and more as well. I think they’re reasonably priced and dealers are giving really nice discounts. The car itself looks pretty good too, imo. Here in Germany, especially the VW ID.3 is benefitting from newly introduced incentives and remarkably low leasing rates. As low as 99 Euros per month without down payment for the small battery Pure models. As of more recently, I am seeing a lot of these on the streets/roads. A "slow starter" now appearing to take-off.
The Skoda Elroq has been a registration slam-dunk from the beginning. Very, very popular.
The relative success of the PPE Audi duo leaves me a bit surprised, to be honest. Especially A6 etron Avants have become commonplace in my region.

I imagine when the iX3s start hitting, the numbers will fly up.no BMW was sold in january?
The boisterous V8 engine had been one of the most appealing features of the Mercedes-AMG C63, stretching back two generations before the folks at AMG decided to ditch it for a four-cylinder paired with a plug-in hybrid system in the current C63. Fans weren’t thrilled, and while official sales figures haven’t surfaced, reports of cars languishing on dealer lots – plus AMG boss Michael Schiebe admitting the brand lost customers – point to underwhelming sales.
Thankfully, Schiebe and his crew in Affalterbach have seen the light, as they’re developing a bigger engine for AMG's take on the C-Class. But before you pop the champagne, we must warn you that the new engine won’t be a V8.
During an interview with Edmunds this week, Schiebe finally confirmed the months of rumors that the current C63 will be replaced by a new model packing a six-cylinder engine. His official reason is that it will be difficult to get the current turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 in the C63 to meet future EU emissions targets.
Schiebe also confirmed that the six-cylinder won’t be paired with a plug-in hybrid system in the C63's replacement. That means peak power will be down, but so should weight, which was substantial in the electrified C63 thanks to its heavy battery. To reflect the lower output, the new model will be badged a C53.

The engine will be the same unit powering AMG's CLE 53. It’s a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-6 with an electric compressor. In the CLE 53, the setup is rated at 443 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque (443 lb-ft with overboost), and comes with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system that can add another 23 hp and 151 lb-ft at lower speeds to aid with takeoff. Expect the same or similar for the new C53. While that’s well down on the combined 671 hp and 752 lb-ft of the current turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 and plug-in hybrid system in the C63, without the 780-pound mass of that model’s electrification (yes, it really is that heavy), the C53 may end up just as quick.

The electric version doesn't sell nearly as well as the iX1, but the X2/iX2 sells very well worldwide, proving to be much more successful than the previous generation. The iX2 is very weak.
The car itself looks pretty good too, imo.
The x2 sells about a third as much as the x1. That's a big difference for two SUVs sharing the same platform. The electric version doesn't sell nearly as well as the iX1, but the X2/iX2 sells very well worldwide, proving to be much more successful than the previous generation.
Exactly the same as the X4, X6 and Mercedes SUV coupes compared to their pure SUV counterparts, nothing new thereThe x2 sells about a third as much as the x1. That's a big difference for two SUVs sharing the same platform.
They released the official pricing for the GLB in Turkiye. It’s stupid expensive, especially compared to the iX1. Starts at 5.4 mil while iX1 is around 3.9Mercedes won't be able to compete with BMW without releasing the GLA and GLB. The CLA is currently acting as a lifeline. The real competition will begin in 2027. The iX1 is selling very well. The iX2 is very weak. The GLA and GLB could surpass them in total sales.
It could be due to taxes. They released the official pricing for the GLB in Turkiye. It’s stupid expensive, especially compared to the iX1. Starts at 5.4 mil while iX1 is around 3.9
It almost costs as much as a GLC now.
I see a lot of them in my city, and most of them are in Avant form. They look pretty good. And you can get one for almost the same price as a GLB electric. Dealers are giving really nice discounts. The A6 etron Avant can indeed look pretty good. Provided it is nicely configured. There's one in my region in a very interesting brownish-green olive metallic with nice 21" silver/anthracite bicolor rims. Very eye-pleasing. I see it often in the parking lot of my local supermarket.
The new Mercedes prices went up significantly regardless of the taxes. New CLA with the 1.5L costs almost 5 mil with some extra options while the other competitors are much cheaper, going between 3-4 mil. They should bring some market specific models with lower prices so they can sell more. They did it with the GLC and E-Class and they’re selling like hot cakes. It could be due to taxes.
