Last month Mercedes unveiled the SLR McLaren Roadster 722 S, and with it, a relatively limited amount of highly Photoshopped pictures. Today, I bring you another look at the SLR Roadster 722 S – this time in a real world, non-studio setting and without the magic of artificial lighting.

I remember seeing the SLR only once on the street long time ago, and it was very distinctive, but what was much more distinctive is the Sterling Moss edition that I saw in the Royal museum in Jordan.

Speaking of the SLR, I feel that it's become among the forgotten supercars. It's not as featured on the current youtube videos as the Enzo or the Carrera GT (I base my opinions on what youtube features, so I could be wrong), but maybe because the car didn't have a true successor due to McLaren going fully independent with their own range of supercars / hypercars...

Something is not right with that SLR, in standard spec it does 334km/h and 0-100km/h in 3.8sec and 0-200km/h in 10.6sec.
