Above 55 looks 10 times better than that 65. Mainly due to those rims on 65 that i don't like.

Also that SL65 is a pre-FL version too, it just doesn't look as slick.

My god Ree those SL55 pics are stunning. Even with the new CL getting all the press the SL55 is still the Mercedes I most want, at least for now.

If you ask me, the new CL is nothing compared to SL design wise... In fact no current Mercedes can match the beauty of SL....

Yeah I am quite nervous about that. The new details themselves will likely look ok (a CL or CLS front end), but I don't want it to have that grafted on look. Meaning it might not match the rest of the body. That would be just awful. Still though we all worried about the S, CL etc., and now we see there was no need too so I'm hoping the same will be true with this SL facelift.

Same here, but if it must get one of those fronts, i'd say the CLS-like front would look much better and would get along with the lines of SL. CL's front on SL? Just imagine it...

Well actually I'm thinking it will be a variation/combination of both, not an exact transplant.
