A very elegant configuration indeed. One that is IMHO ideal for the W/V223 S-Class. And far more tasteful than any current Maybach can be.
How about combining MAYBACH grill with standard bumper and the marvelous "3D"-wheels; maybe in emerald green ?

People are just doing crap AI pictures of cars that actually exist now?

So it's AI? I already thought something didn't add up.

Might have been a real photo original with some kind of AI edit or 'enhancement', but the quality is awful and you only have to look at the wheel spokes and the number plate. The location is real (2 Chapel Avenue, Jersey City, NJ).

edit: I often wonder what the split is for desktop/laptop versus phone users on the forum, because sometimes people do post some really terrible quality images, I'm thinking it's just much less obvious on a phone.

Has anyone noticed some online reviewers suggest the power rating for the Maybach S 580 is 612hp (European units), same as the old AMG v8. Is this rating supposedly only for those markets that don't get the v12?

Correct. V8 only markets get a version of the V8 that matches the power of the V12.
