E-Class (W213) Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213 Photo Thread

The W213 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the fifth generation of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Production: February 2016–2023 as model years: 2017–2023. It succeeded the W212/S212 E-Class models. The coupe/convertible models share the same platform as the sedan/wagon, in contrast to the previous generation. The high-performance Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63S versions of the W213 have been available as well from 2016 (as a 2017 model), and these are the only versions with V8 engines.
Thanks! More nervous than excited, not sure if the garage is wide enough to fit both cars inside.

I have a same problem my E just just just fits I have sponge on the wall incase..I am thinking maybe in 2 years a GLE new shape but I doubt it will fit..Don't understand how they sized the garage. The E us a standard medium saloon and it just makes it..Lol imagine I buy a S and it sits on the streets I would cry lol.

I think cars have just gone a lot bigger than before, but also builders these days want to squeeze out every last inch of the garage to make the living area more spacious, unless we live in huge mansions of course. Speaking of parking cars on the street, my neighbor leaves his AMG GTS on the street or on his front yard because his S class takes up all the space.

Oh yeah, having had both the C class and the E class, what are your impression of both and how do they compare to each other?

Lot sizes are also decreasing rapidly as the cost of land continues to skyrocket. They have no choice.

A lucky owner is taking delivery of this stunning diamond white E 43. Seems like Mercedes has hit the sweet spot with the branding of these "43" models. It is still not as quick or as powerful as the previous E 550/500 range but the driving experience should feel a bit more special.

Car looks elegant and sporty with the diamond white and night package combo, will you be installing the diamond grill on your car as well?
I like the diamond grill, but I also like the normal grill specially that it comes in chrome and black with the night package, both are looking equally beautiful to me, so the answer is no.

However, I like the bottom ''Fake'' breather silver strips E43 addition, it adds more premium look, I might replace it with the center console (from Pano to Wood) based on the price. Also, what do you think about the rear lip ? shall I go for it ?

@Monster I saw a same spec car as yours on the highway..I not a great fan of Silver but wow looked so lovely On The road and elegant..
We are pretty boring with our color choices lol, from what I have seen, grey and black are the most popular colors for the E class, follow by white and blue. The boring silver color is actually becoming rare, but I think it suits the E class just fine, it is a timeless color for the timeless styling. Having said that I was followed by a silver E63s last night.

You must be super excited.
Thank you mate! The garage still needs to be cleaned up before the new car can fit inside, it is going to be tight...

Ha ha don't worry about the garage... just bring it home mate..

I have to agree with you yesterday when I saw the silver I thought this car with the design of the E which is now almost 3 years old still looks so new or fresh.. I really just love the E class more and more and the new E coupes are becoming so popular in UK.. Theae E coupe are messing with my brains lol.

@Monster you asked me about the c and e in another thread.

Well besides the obvious of space.

I have a amg pack E and the standard C so on bumps I feel my E more. On bumps or potholes I prefer the C.Onthe freeway the E is a much more please than car to drive and in general I actually find my E a bit more dynamic didn't expect this. E steering in very precise and very accurate and much more feel then the C. In all honesty somehow I find the E a sportier car when you push it and when in comfort drive its super good except the potholes where I prefer the C.

The engine I have the new diesel in my E its a magical motor in my opinion much smoother and quieter and the car feels more nimble actually then my C maybe its due to the Engine and gearbox.

The fit and finish in my E is way way better then the C remeber both my cars are the New and first builds. MY c was manufactured in SA and has few niggles and the fit and finish not perfect in a few places the carpet and also I have a noise in the Dash. My E touchwood besides the drivers window Auto mode needing a rest twice in almost 2 years it has been perfect.

I don't like my suede on the seats they look great on the E but when my family are in the car my nieces make a mess and I don't like that lol..Full leather would have been better in my family a car is a car bit for me my cars and I have a connection. The rest of my family think I am crazy lol.

The interior of the E to me is better fit and finish and I love the feeling of the seats in terms of the sitting long and short trips is lovely.

Overall I do see a much better refined car and definitely much quieter car.

All in all I will say its worth the extra money you pay for E over a C.

lol yes it would be very nice to, it has been 8 months since the order was placed.

Interesting observations, I think a lot of the differences in ride comfort is down to the suspension settings. Does your AMG pack come with lowered adjustable dampers? I also agree with what you said about the E class having more steering feel than the C class, I was surprised by it because traditionally, the smaller more sporty C class should have a more connected steering.

Which engine do you have on your C again? I have heard a lot of positive reviews of the new diesel motor. Many reviewers actually prefer this over the petrol 4.

Great to hear, to me the design and the materials used in the E class look and feel too similar to the C class, even down to the switches, they are nearly identical. Thankfully the E class seems to be better built as it should be.
