According to the guy who took the shot (pterps on SCF), it's a De-badged E63.

It is de-badged...only the 6.3 AMG is still on the side!

I belive its either flint grey
or designo graphite grey

I think, the colour of the E 63 AMG is designo graphite grey! Flintgrey is a bit brighter.
The one I photographed last year, has also a designo colour. (it is called sth with graphite and green? ) Don't know, if it is the colour of the E 63 above! But this one is still standing at our MB-dealer!
