Maybe the two other exhausts automatically go under the car when the top goes down and come visible again when the top goes up.j/k

Seriosly speaking do you think that the engine sound in the 63 is so much louder than in the 55?

Im sure it isnt enough to take away the exhaust... But whats the deal... I really want to know, it is very significant in the look and styling in the car.

Lol...funny. I think the 6.2 is louder than the 5.5 at least in the CLK, if not the E/CLS etc. I see more writers talk about the sound of the 6.2 in the CLK than they did the 5.5.

Does anyone notice the carbio AMG version only has 2 exhaust instead of 4. any reason why?

I've heard that it has to do with the extra space required for the softtop (when it's retracted) which results in not being able to fit the spare tire well exactly in the centre of the trunk. Therefore, there is no room to fit the other half of the quad exhaust tubing. I could be wrong though....

Single/dual/quad exhausts......it's mostly for show and has negligible effect on performance.
