Mercedes-Benz CL 63 AMG

Has anyone heard of any issues with "options" being unavailable or delaying production on the CL500/600 and 63 ? It seems that S-Class shoppers/buyers are still complaining bitterly about not being able to order (and take delivery of) the exact vehicles that they want. Certain options like dynamic seats, ABC, Distronic and night view assist appear to be the most common complaint. Is this only an MBUSA situation or does the option problem appear worldwide on other Mercedes products ? Do Audi and BMW have this problem?

NevadaJack has mentioned before about some problems with his choice of paint on his new GL-Class, that it is unavailable or something along that note. I assume it must be a MBUSA issue.

I haven't heard of any problems here in Singapore.

Mercedes saved all the goodies for NY. The new C makes its U.S. debut, the CL65 AMG, CLK63 Black Series, GL550 and ML550. I'm going to have to rmake the New York show a priority next year.

Absolutely stunning. I think the CL is about regain its title of best looking Mercedes if they mess up the SL with its upcoming facelift.

You can forget the CL being the best looking Mercedes, I'm finding it hard not to make the case that it's not the best looking car I've seen in a long time!:eusa_thin

Well it is definitely up there, and arguably the best looking car out of Germany right now. Still though IMO, the DB9 sits even higher on the scale and I've yet to see the new Maser coupe in person yet.

That's true, but if we're talking about the total package, I can't see the DB9 or anyone elses interior standing up to the CL's!;)
