The Mercedes-Benz W204 is the third generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The W204 platform was also used for the E-Class Coupé (C207). Model codes: W204 (sedan), S204 (station wagon / estate), C204 (coupé). Production: March 2007 – March 2014 (sedan), February 2007 – March 2014 (station wagon), 2011–2015 (coupé). Model years: 2008–2014, 2012–2015 (coupé)

^some have the standard grill, some have the standard ( non dark Headlights) i think you can spec it how ever you want to

That is a fact, you can get it without the dark headlights and the AMG grill from factory.
But it could very well be so that he replaced it on his own
 
The W204 C63 AMG is my favourite AMG C class of all time. It looks fantastic and has that awesome 6.2 ltr V8.
