It's sad that I have only seen this car 3-4 times. Upclose it is imposing and has the presence of a beached whale. Has anyone here driven one? Reviews are positive.

I've only seen one on public roads! really stood out, more than in showroom. I thought it was essentially an E63 for 50% more money and a rear wing. Had a go in one at MB world (not the e performance), would choose it over the 2 door GT any day.
Amazed MB UK don't sell the 43 and 53 versions here.
Never knew it had the moving indicators like Audis until watching this video.
It's about to be facelifted according to MB passion.
This and the G class apparently have a 2 year wait..
All the talk of it being discontinued like next CLS, it's one of their best models, like the S coupe was... although it split the CLS niche into 2 models, lowering CLS sales even further..

I don't see what else they could do for the facelift, but I guess we will see. They've already tweaked it once. Stunning car on the road to me. Don't drop this, kill the CLS right now.

I have never seen an AMG GT 4-dr yet unfortunately, I don't think it's available in KSA or Bahrain but I have seen the CLS a few times and like the design,

I think it's one of those cars that you have to drive to believe. Dynamically it is deemed to behave more like a sportscar compared with an E63.

Although I love the look of it in red or magno with monoblocks. This is my favorite spec but I don't know whether I would choose it over the new muscular S63.

Saw it once in a showroom. Looked better in person but still an absolute behemoth. Big bruising cruisers have lost their appeal to me.

The AMG GT 4-door and Porsche Panamera are the best cars in class.
I have seen several GTs on the road and I wouldn't say I like the design. Its brash and rather ugly IRL. A final version of the GT-4 door would have been welcome in my book.
(I would have liked GT to get cancelled for a higher-performance E63 and simply for the E63 to live on with the V8.)

Great comparison

My dream spec mercedes in a nutshell:
Frozen paint
Ivory interior
Smallest alloys possible
Multispoke alloys

Both the paint and leather look in brilliant condition for 61k miles.

I can live with the rear wing but bonnet vents ruins the beautiful front end.
