I think it makes a big impression in person. The design so pure compared with the Laf, 918, Chiron and Huayra. But we have to admit, design wise it's a breath of fresh air. If you like the design or not, it's special in every way.

The stretched out silhouette reminds me of the XJ220.Looks like a concept car from the 80s
Is the skirt an aerodynamic thing or a KERS thing though? Does the BP23 have KERS?
Sorry, I actually meant the covers over the front wheels in my post above.
Not that simple in the UK. The F1's run was done on Ehra-Lessien before VW became pissy about other people using their track.McLaren says it hit 250 mph 30 times and you're telling me they didn't even record a single run?

Has drag or tyre resistance increased over the decades since the Mclaren F1?With over 1000PS and that aero shape it should hit at least 410 to 420kmh depending on the gearin...
Surprisingly yes if you compare the HyperCars from just a few years ago to the F1. The F1 had a low overall drag of just 0,57 as its frontal area is only 1,79m2, which is much lower than most cars as it is both low at 1,14m and narrow at 1,82m compared to a Veyron which is 1,204m H x 1,998 W.Has drag or tyre resistance increased over the decades since the Mclaren F1?
