McLaren 600LT

This owner prefers the 600LT over the 488 Pista. Hes going to sell the Ferrari.
Pista has more bodyroll, understeer...and it's a bit too powerful for Nordschleife anyway.

I can confirm. Last weekend I was there (Nordschleife) with my M3 E92 and my colleague took the taxi ride in LT600 and was blown away and told me to try it as well which I did (I would like to add that we have a 488 Pista and 570S in our company and are not blown away by anything). It so f#cking works the LT600, brakes, turn in, sufficient power, it felt like I could drive it below 7, it works so well.

I think that 600LT and GT3 RS are the sweet spot in supercar segment.

This comment and some more came from CJ over at RL. There is more when it comes to comparing the 3Rs to the 600LT on the thread.

No order:

600LT
675LT
Boxster Spyder
Pista
Senna
ACR-X
991RS
911R
GT4
Mono

Caveat:
Have not driven new ford gt yet.

Top 3 Road Use:
600LT
911R
Pista

Top 3 Track Use
Mono
675LT
600LT / Pista Tie

Any hint, when 7xxLT will come? It must be a beast ... putting pressure at Senna ...

That's a good time when you consider that the first two cars were on Cup 2 Rs and the 4th car was on cut slicks and the next two are track day specials and we know all about the ACR's Kumhos.

I don't mean this as a put down to you but these times don't mean anything.

All of these cars are built as road cars with different goals in mind. None of these cars race in production trim and a balance of performance (BOP) system is often used when racing.

If lap times were the only objectives, you would see cars with 14" semi slicks on all 4 corners and massive aero straight from the factory.

Off course the lap times means something. That why there are so many interested in them. But as always when comparing lap times one must be aware of tyres used, weather condition, driver etc

But if you care about tires, why don't you care about weight, HP, gearing and so on.....

I do...who said I dont? I am interested in all factors that contribute to the performance. And I am also interested in the other aspects with cars that is not performance related.
