Ok I started to worry. In which price range this car will be ? Cause the current one isn't that much expensive compared to its rivals.

If this is of any help, I read a price of US130k-140k for the American market... Quite a step up from the Coupé/Gransport. This is, of course, just rumours.

man we used to get below the european prices since taxes are almost absent. But now, it is even higher than the average european price. It costs here well over 110K euros for the basic model.

I'd say just like the old Coupe/Spyder it will be compared to the 6-Series and SL, not the more luxury-biased CL. Maybe the CL63, but still...the SL primarily IMO.

That's what we don't know yet, but we'll find out soon. I don't know about "killing", but threat? Oh yes, be sure about it.

Yes I edited that post. I think it is really good-looking, but I still like the eccentric appearance of the 6er -- especially in black, it looks great.

The CL with AMG kit is really nice ...but I am already a bit bored with it (sorry, I can't help it)

Here it is!! The new Maserati Coupe, GranTurismo. Don't know what to say about at the moment. It looks fairly busy and over designed but I think I'll probably appretiate it after having seen a whole gang of pictures. That's what the case has been like with the latest Ferraris. First you hate them, then you accept them and at last you love them. This Italian hunk probably looks stunning in black, IRL. As for the specs, the car is rocking a 405hp 4.2L V8, which is rather dissapointing. Pricewise it will likely set you back 100 000 euro just like the R8 and V8 Vantage, though the backseat suggest that it is bigger than a Vantage, CL size maybe? Anyhow the press release should be out in a matter of days.
