After Ulrich Bruhnke had left M GmbH in January 2007 BMW have finally picked a new boss of their M GmbH division.

The new M boss is Ludwig Willisch - current chief of BMW Group Deutschland (BMW Group subsidiary responsible for German market).

Herr Willisch will be responsible for development, production & sales of M models.

Past positions of Herr Willisch within BMW AG: Chief of BMW branch in Duesseldorf, Chief of BMW Group Sweden, Chief of BMW Group Japan, Chief of BMW Group Deutschland.

Btw, i thought Gerhard Richter would get the job, but i guess they want him to focus on engineering only.
