I've always considered the RR as the epitome of SUV luxury, and that title still stands.

I like that they don't do anything drastic when they change anything either.

I hate to say it, but when it comes to real luxury suvs, this is the S-Class of the field, not the Mercedes GL550 or Lexus LX470. The interior alone puts it ahead of the Benz and Lexus. The RR is truly a swiss army knife of a vehicle can go anywhere and look great doing it.

Yeah. It bugs me NO END Mercedes doesn't do an all stop pulled 4WD. This makes the GL look banal.

What a truck. The World's Best Luxury SUV IMO. This is the type of truck the GL should have been or what the true replacement for the G-Class should be if they ever re-design it from the ground up.

I completely agree with you. I have always considered and referred to the Range Rover as the Rolls-Royce of SUVs. Only SUV that could really "step" to it would be the G-class as far as sophistication.

Not complete sure, but what I know it never came with 7 seats. For more seats, you have to go with the Discovery…

I just love the Disco. But the king of the SUVs is the Range Rover. Or the "Rolls Royce of SUVs" as HoH calls it! So this is kind of baby-Rolls

This just gets better and better, as much as it is a luxury 4x4 it's still perfectly capable tackling any terrain which is thrown at it!
