what about bonneville 12 mile record straight?
I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I read that the salt saps speed.

It’s Liebermann. Adjust your expectations way down low. And still be very disappointed.Loads of misinformation in that video. The engines in the One:1 and the Agera RS are the same. The difference is that for the One:1 they quote the E85 power figure (1360hp), while for the Agera RS they quote the pump gas figure (1160hp). For the speed record, they did run the Agera RS on E85 - or, as Koenigsegg puts it, it had the "1MW package". If he has pump gas in the car, then he actually has less hp than the record car had, not more as he thinks.
Also, while we are talking misinformation, it's been widely reported that the Agera has a "dual clutch" transmission and even the wiki page for the car states that. That is false. The Agera uses an automated manual. They are using a second clutch on the opposite side of the gearbox to help the synchros, but mechanically it's automated manual, not a DCT.
As for the rest of the video, it's nice to see journalist driving a Koenigsegg (it's been a while!), although, really, it's pretty useless at making us understand the car more. The only thing he says, basically, is that the car is super fast. Well, gee, I could have figured that myself.
