Has anyone noticed how German cars are getting uglier lately with every new generation?
Compare for example new and old S, Passat, 3 series ,A4 ect.
Only the new M class looks better than the older one (IMO of course).

I have to agree!! I wonder whats up Audi`s sleeve with the next A8! I don`t believe thay are going to change as much but you never know!

Saying that you don't like something or find it ugly is just a different taste, hardly a trolling. ;)

:t-cheers:

hmm alot of crap throwing at the W221.. well who cares.. just watch them sales..hahah :icon_twis

I personally think that this car is very classy and beautifull, but the rearbumper has to change (its too high).
But with the AMG bodykit, no-one can touch this beast! Not the 7 and not the A8 or Phaeton! This is too classy for them.
About the interior????? No Comment everybody knows

Im just gonna help one of our members here:
Imhotep Evil: Yeah everyone knows.. its a copy of the 7er

:D

i`ve seen the S Class at the dealer and i must say am an S Class fan since forever and at first i didnt really like how it looked but its growing on me like most german designs these days, i really used to hate the 5er alot when it first came out but thats all changed now.

as i see it at the end everyone is going to like the looks of the S u just have to give it some time thats all.

I can see trough the camo, that this car is going to be a beast!! I see how beautiful to rear is with that bumper!

The front is great so is the interior except for those ugly wheel arches

They really suck, the car gets ruined with those fender flares! The big mistake from MB.

Umm were you trying to prove something with the 7er picture...didn't work. :t-rot:

The A8 can cure insomnia...its just sooooo boring. :sleep1zh:

Nice house...beautiful car. :usa7uh:

Thats an S8 and both the 7er and Audi look great there!

S8 is kinda bland for a S, but thats another topic entirely, this is about Mr.JimmyG's. New S class. :D

I dont try to prove anything. Its impossible to try convincing a MB fanatic, they are so stubborn :t-rot:

you forgot to add "IMO"
cuz some here dont think the same , i think without the wheel arches the car would look plain ...

Couldn't agree more!!! :usa7uh:
FYI I've seen it IRL and will be getting around to drive one soon. :t-drive: :t-drive:

OK... well, before I type anything, I guess I better type 'IMO'

(not sure why the hell your so persistent on seeing those three letter there. I mean, what we type is obvbiously OUR opinion, so it's pretty much assumed, what I say is what I think,....so why the fuss on having 'imo' :t-hands: )

Anyways, back to what you said about how the car would probably look plain without the wheel arches.
Well, IMO, the car looks plain anyway. Those wheels arches do nothing except making the car look more awkward. I could see how wheel arches might work on a more sportier car, ..but a luxury sedan like this thing, ... really looks out of place.

Well, it ain't exactly fair to compare a 'normal' 7er, or A8 or Phateon to an AMG accessorized S-class.
I mean, that's like saying to your girlfriend "oh babe, you look beautiful ...... once you get a makeover".
Compare the AMG kit to the S8, that's fair...but don't mention the 7er when it comes to the S being given a makeover by AMG. (oh, ..i nearly forgot,...IMO)

The bmw has nt even a an Mpackage or something. You can take the Alpina Version if you want, Cant touch the AMG!
And about the S8 its a very beautifull car, but too normal for the S AMG...

IMO
