They can F right off if they start giving more focus on Jamie bloody Oliver than a Gallardo Superleggera. Top Gear has gone way too far recently, and personally I'm get bored of the same challenges ruining everyone's life.
Seriously, if I were in London at the time of that Limousine challenge, I would that set 39 feet Fiat Panda Limo on fire with both Jeremy Clarkson and Chris Moyles inside of it.
Then you have the Vauxhall Vectra VXR review. That segment was clearly staged to make Vauxhall look ridiculous for Clarkson total disliking for the Vectra.
If they start staging segments based on the reviewers biases and giving more focus on celebrities, Top Gear certainly lost a regular viewer and Fifth Gear might have won one.
Actually, I'm lying. Fifth Gear might have lost a regular viewer as well.
Fifth Gear now have some serious problems, since for whatever unknown reason, they decided to rip Top Gear stunts where a car always end up destroyed, with a segment called "
Wreck my Ride" which has got to be the lamest thing on TV ever since Big Brother.
How much potential a Golf Mk2 would have...
...if modified properly.
I'm sure the Channel 5 would be able to finance a proper tuning on that Golf.
That video just shows how lame Fifth Gear has got in the past few series, so much in fact, they now have to resort to destroying a brilliant car for 'entertainment'.
The other problem with Fifth Gear is the new "Cafe" studio which is just plain, utterly, utterly ridiculous. But above of all else, I cannot stand that midget wanker Tim Lovejoy. What a Fking annoying little b*st*rd!
The era of the good British TV car programme is coming to an end...Thank the Germans for Auto Motor und Sport, Abenteuer Auto and Motorvision!
