Heh, slower in all 3 cars. Just goes to show how close these cars are. Repeat test on a different day, with different driver and different result. I guess questions regarding Chris Harris's driving are in the clear though.

The P1 is over 1 sec off? From all these tests so far, it appears the Porsche 918 is the most consistent top performer out of this group.

Very fair comparison same tyres, track and same driver .... Although 1sec of for the P1 seems off. Most drivers are going to be faster in the 918......

I've just watched the laps. Very very scruffy in the P1, drove it into the gravel earlier too. Not a great test. The P1 still has the fastest time on 2 tracks right now (Anglesey Coastal, Portimao). 918 fastest time on 1 (Laguna).

*SCD and Solomondrin laps deliberately not included for the sake of integrity.

I'm also ignoring the SCD test, which Mclaren won, because that was another non-professional body, even though the weight of evidence against them is zilch compared to that against Salomondrin, as you can see. 1s deltas compared to other tests? Sure. 2s? Pushing it but okay. 5s? 6s? Seriously?

Here we go again...
The evidence is pretty damning though isn't it. When somebody can do a lap in an NSX faster than you can lap in a 675LT, ACR and Aventador SV, it makes you look stupid.

Then you have the profession of every driver he used.

Alec Udell - Porsche, Porsche, Porsche.

NSX Lap - Graham Rahal, unassociated, blows legitimacy of test out of the water.

You can find these discrepancies on each circuit and with each magazine...
These stats show all the times, and sure, there is variance in the deltas between other tests, but not of anywhere near the same magnitude as with Salomondrin. E.g. 918vsACR. Now we know the ACR has ridiculous sticky tyres and because of this it is faster on Laguna, VIR and Willow Springs by 1-3s. Then on Salomon's tests, it's suddenly losing by 4-5s. There's no way of squaring that. And it's a similar story for LTvs918 and GT3RSvsLP750-4.

And call me cynical, but I don't like any tests where I can't see telemetry and a single perspective from start to finish.
