For YEARS the absolute brunt of so many "admirers" be it Lotus chassis or build rates or whatever, Hennessey turned out in force at Monterey Car Week with TEN confirmed F5 variants. They've definitely come of age.

But I'm nobody's fool and there's something else they need to deliver for thier clients as they claimed and/or promised, in 2017.

It doesn't look like it's 2023.

What a curious pick from the Hennessey team to set a lap time on. Another new track that no one has heard of before - Hedge Hollow Raceway.
Is the plan to just go setting lap records on all the private tracks in Midwest, and when a bald Swede or a 3D printing hipster from Commiefornia comes knocking, the owner will just point to a sign that says TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT as he's racking a shotgun?

They first had to build and deliver the cars to customers, and the F5 is a real commercial success for them.

The 300 MPH will arrive this year, but the question is who's going to do me first? Koenigsegg or Hennessey?
