Q5 HELP! need to get oil stains out of SQ5 seat

Hi all! Any help would be appreciated. I got oil stains on the microfiber portion of my SQ5 seats. Had picked up take out and did not realize that the oil was leaking out of the paper bag it was in. Have about a 4 inch by 3 inch stain on the seat that I am unable to get out. Any help would be appreciated. Any US based products recommendations would be great!! I have already tried Clorox wipes/ carpet stain removers. Would soap and water work?
