Help me chose my next car ...

Potential: congratulations. I am sure the 7er is a nice ride. I still have one on order but perhaps I ll cancel my order. I have couple of problems with the 7 series:

1) Price: its a huge jump from the old model (50K $) due to exchange rate (as per the dealer) but the euro exchange rate went down again and nothing happened !
2) Shape: Very big and very plain for my taste.

F01 750i. I just ordered mine last week with black exterior and individual beige interior. Don't see the need for the LWB as I'll be driving the car not getting chauffeured. Being Australia, I expect I'll be waiting at least 4-6 months for the vehicle to arrive.

We need to see pictures then! Many congrats on your 7-series. Which of your cars will be replaced with it?!

And for your choice Maserati,…I would say, the Panamera will suit you great. I'm still searching for some interior photos, but I think, it is a very nice car. Probably would prefer the Aston Martin Rapide over it - but this car will be much more expensive I think…

IMO a turbo panamera is the best choice mate

Tarek: well in my book elegant usually goes with simple lines which translates to plain seriously I liked the older 7er because it challenged my eye everytime I look at it. And it is the same with my X6 but with the new 7er, my love for it has faded. It looks too simple coming from a man who liked bangle in his V1.0 designs. Anywhoo .. I ll see, maybe this time I will not rush things.

Ohh Kashif I love that Macadamia color ... I loved it on the cayenne soo much .... I think I try something different this time instead of white. But that orange thing, reminds me of the new Infiniti FX somehow, of course the Porsche's one is of different quality and finish.

Its hard for me to change from BMW, coz I really dig this brand, but unfortunately it has nothing to offer to me currently. Although you might find the Panamera ugly, I find it as brave as the old 7er. Both started something new in their category.

Saw a Porsche 997 Turbo Convertible some time ago - and it has this Macademia Colour!! Looks absolutely mind-blowing, even more stunning in reality then in pics. Definitely the best Porsche colour you can have…

And if it is available, the interior colour cocoa is my absolutely favourite!! Harmonise perfect to macademia exterior… But I don't want to influence to much here.

Yep it does - that's why I love it that much, especially here with this Soft ruffled leather- cost extra, but adds so much!

Just checked the pricelist again: 363 €! But not available with seat ventilation…so it's nothing compared to end price! But end of off topic, back to deciding on a new car!

This is the great thing about a German vehicle in Australia. Even a 320i still looks special because there aren't many around. A new 7 Series looks completely special around the hordes of Holdens and Fords. It will be replacing my E500 as that is my work car. A great car and I'm extremely pleased with the MB experience, but it's time to return to Bavarian made.

Congratulations on the new car Maserati. I know how difficult it is to choose from the excessive amounts of quality vehicles on hand today!

Potential: thanks my dear friend .. Enjoy your new ride too and congratulations in advance. I really like the new 7er but it is a bit expensive here in UAE as the dealer is charging a premium for it and they didn't even re consider the price with the Euro/Dollar exhange rates droppings.

BTW decision have been made .. and all I can say is that Hassan is gonna be happy
