Headlight coating on bumper

Hi i have a issue I’ve tried to fix, a couple of weeks ago i did my headlights and put the clear coat on, however i put too much and it ran to the bumper and dried. It has left ugly stain marks and they not too easy to remove I’ve tried some bumper cleaner aswell as diesel to try to rub it off but I’ve not succeeded some parts can be scratched of with fingernails but it’s not a good working method either does anyone have any suggestions what might help?

It's not an easy fix. You should probably go to a professional, or else you could risk damaging the bumper.
