One of my best "brother from another mother" friends owned something like...THIS:

But this engine was a monster (from Lancia Delta HF). It was easily tuned to 600 ps and didn't had any problems handling that power. Some people also mounted the 5 cyl turbo from the Fiat Coupe into the Tipo/Tempra body bringing it to more than 500 ps. Coupled with the AWD from the Alfa 155 Quadrifoglio it was going below 11 sec in the quarter mile.

OH YES !! Very similar to that of my friend, if I correctly recall. Corso Rosso-with the originally black parts body colored.

The magic known as Pininfarina:

The FIAT 2100 Coupe by Pininfarina. From 1959 !!

Less than a handful were actually built, I believe. It looks remarkably fresh-even today.

Vignales' interpretation of a FIAT 2100 coupe was produced in somewhat larger numbers. But it wasn't even remotely as pretty:
