Ha ha ha....you guys are so lucky you don't live in Northern California. I lived in the bay area most of my life and I still live near there. That's where this crap got started. You guys see this on you tube...i've seen this crap for real on streets in Oakland. These people are so retarded. Not only are they endangering everyone on the road but it also sucks to live in these people area because the price for insurance must be sky rocketing.
