Late Evening-Summertime-Downtown Orlando,FL

A pic I took from about 8 floors up from a hotel window. The office complex is where my main office was located for a while.Shot was through heavily tinted glass.I used my former Nikon D60 and the 55-200 lens.I've always been surprised how well the shot turned out...given the circumstances under which it was shot. Thanks. PalBay

Okay so I'm back from a wonderful vacation in Southern France/Monaco/Italy. It was hard to choose between the picture but ended up with this shot. (Sorry, still can't understand how to get the picture big in the message :icon_redf ) So picture is from Portofino, a veryvery nice place in Italy, nice enough that Americans built an exact copy of the place in Orlando, Florida.

Looks like its hard competition over here again, waiting for more contestants though :usa7uh:

Nice pic! I envy you, you're always on holiday :)

Hah :D Well now I've had a ten weeks long summer holiday (I love school :D), only one week left though which I'm gonna be using by working nearly the whole week in Northern Finland. And I've had a chance to travel a lot in my life too, mostly 'cause of dad earns so many points while in work and somebody's got to use them :D Right now France is leading with seven or eight visits, that's if England doesn't count cause I've lived there four years and traveled a lot for and back to see my old friends/neighbours. Anyway, turned out to be a quite big competition this week concerning how many photos, plus we'll see still pics from at least Beemer and Cashmere, right? :)

Sadly I got rid of my camera (got an offer I could not refuse) but even then I wouldn't stand a chance - too much quality content.

Just giving this thread a little bump. :D

Remember, you can still submit your photo right up until the end of the weekend.
