German Car Zone car of the year 2007

It has been one hell of a year with a whole gang of very exciting car releases. We love some of them while we hate others, but there is one which is dearer to our hearts then the rest. Last year Audi took home the crown with the R8 which was has impressed the entire auto motive world.

Rules
The rules are the same as last year. Any car which has officially been presented this year can be voted on, and that also include face lifted models as well. Even though we have seen pictures of the GLK in the nude without any camo on it is not a contender since a press release is yet to be issued by Mercedes.

How to vote
You may vote for a total of three cars ranking them with the following points:

1st: 20
2nd: 10
3rd: 5

When voting is over the car with the most accumulated points will be crowned the winner. It's as simple as that. A motivation for your casted votes would be highly appreciated but all discussion about which car you think is most worthy the title, is to be held in the discussion thread.

Voting will close on the Sunday the 5th January 24:00 GMT

Note: You cannot vote for the R8 since it's an 2006 car. If you're unsure about wether or not a car was presented in 2007, ask in the dicsussion thread.

Nissan GTR
BMW M3
BMW 135

I avoided the super expensive GT2 and Scuderia.

1st: Nissan GT-R
2nd: Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG
3rd: BMW X6 SAC

1st: Nissan GT-R
2nd: Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG
3rd: Lexus IS-F

Well, since it's foreign cars included...

1. Cadillac CTS
2. Nissan GTR
3. Jaguar XF

1. GT-R - The car that met the hype and might actually be better.
2. C63 - A car that proved that it can match the M3 but still retain it's comfortable roots.
3. M3 - The benchmark that proved once again why it deserves that title.

Those are my cars and reasons for me choosing them.

1st Porsche GT3 RS

2nd BMW M3 (it actually turned out to be much better than what they were saying, I was also sceptical about M3 but now I love it)

3rd Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe (for the same reason as Luwalira)

1) Audi R8 - By far the prettiest car to look at from every angle with plenty of poke
2) Skyline GTR - The return of the iconic sports car which has revealed that performance doesn't have to cost you an arm & a leg.
3) M3 & C63 AMG - For the return of the greatest rivalry in this sports sedans.

1. M3 - initiate reviews failed on me but the car grow. M3 turned out to have more comfortable ride than C63 but still handle better than the C63.

2. ZR-1 - what a performance bargain

3. C63 - Nice surprise from MB, too bad they had to sacrifice Comfort for Sport

1.BMW M3 - legend lives again,nuff said :t-cheers:
2.Nissan GTR - a car to die for..this car gives me creeps :D:usa7uh:
3.Porsche GT3 - probably most desireable drivers car out there..:t-drive:

1) BMW M3
2) MB C63 AMG
3) Audi A5/S5

Didn't post the Nissan GT-R because it was released so late in 2007. Seems kind of unfair... ;)

1) Audi A5/S5: A muscular, very powerfull (S5) and very cool looking coupe with great quality and a gorgeous interior.

2) Porsche GT3 RS: Not much to say, except that maybe it's the most fun to drive high performance car in the world.

3) FIAT 500: A magnificent revival of a legend. FIAT perfectly managed to create a astonishingly good looking car based on the legendary 1957 FIAT 500.

:t-cheers:
