you've probably never heard of this ferrari and there's a good reason, it's a one-off (technically a six-off) designed for the sultan of brunei (not surprising)
the car is based on a ferrari testarossa and the name is supposed to mean "ferrari of the 90s", this car is so rare that it has been spotted less times than a zonda one-off (only once driven in monaco, the black and white picture you get when you search for it)
