While I understand that sending out press releases just for the sake of it is annoying AF, I do, once again, need to stress out how important for the site's traffic generation they are and that you can "ignore" the whole section from your user panel.

There are some hidden gems in those press releases though. Like this one, from the above PR:

As the artwork in my living room is vintage Porsche themed (with a big enough B&W drawing of an early 911 hanging over the main couch) I have spent a whole hour so far searching for how I can get hold of the third painting, the one with the steering wheel. Nothing so far...
