Its kind of a dumb video cause the GT-R has no top end after 130-140mph. If they really wanna show just how fast the buggatti is put it next to a ZR1 or a tuned 600HP GT-R that will do 0-100mph in 7seconds flat. I have heard some rumors of a guy who owns a veyron and lost in a race to his sons 800HP supra so the guy spent 50k to tune the veyron for an extra 125HP, the car would do 0-160mph in 12seconds.

Dumb? Worthless? C'mon my brothers - this is awesome. It's called frame of reference. It's not about the absolute science of telemetry data and such like. It's a drag race that anyone of us would love to take part in. Check out again, how, without launch control mode, the Veyron struggles to summon its 2000-odd kilo's off the line even with 1250 Nm. Then, as the fastest proper production car in the world should, it just mutilates the GT-R - a very quick car in its own right.
Check out the final race sequence; the GT-R comes round at potentially 160 km/h, nails it and is off. The mighty Veyron just reels it in, inexorably yet emphatically. Like me mugging Usain Bolt's girlfriend's handbag at full tilt. We all know where that's going to end up...

I've come to really like ol' Ollie. Very knowledgeable on the technical front and a good driver too... he's proper EVO material. My subscription is still worth every costly cent.

It's hardly exciting. I mean c'mon, we've all know how fast the veyron is and there are countless "reference" videos now. This is about as exciting as watching a race between a hare and tortoise.
