Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Almaktoum, the Ruler of Dubai (he's also the Prime Minister and Vice President of the U.A.E.), was on 60 minutes last week. Yahoo has some clips of the interview, but you can go on the 60 minutes website and watch the whole interview.
