Not exactly a "drag race", but an interesting roll race. I am surprised the M5 didn't pull on it at higher speeds (assuming a 7 speed in the M5).

My guess, GT350 makes more power and is lighter by a few hundred pounds so that gives it an advantage at higher speeds.

True, but the E60 M5 is notorious for beating more powerful/lighter cars at higher speed due to its gearing.
