Management changes within Ferrari

Hot on the heels of Honda's announcement that Ross Brawn is to take over the role of Technical Director at the team, Ferrari today confirmed a shake-up of its own.

The Italian champions announced that effective January 1st next year, Stefano Domenicali will take on the role of Director of the Gestione Sportiva, a position currently held ad-interim by Jean Todt.

Mario Almondo was named as Operations Director, Aldo Costa as Technical Director and Gilles Simon as Engine Director.Domenicali previously held the position of Sporting Director within the team.

The team stated that further details of the organisation will be announced before the end of the year.

Dam you are quicker, dam slow internet speed. Just how qualified is this guy Stefano Domenicali. I have heard of him before but I can't remember what he has done. It seems like the new generation of Ferrari staff are taking over, I really hope the change is for the better.

So finally they promoted Aldo costa as As the New Super technical director instead of ALmondo, looks like Stepeney will be very happy.
