I am looking for a dashcam for my new car. It doesn't necessarily have to be one that is connected to the constant power supply of my battery, it can also be one that is connected via the cigarette connection. However, I can't see the wood for the trees because the range is so huge.
In terms of price it does not really matter, I find it important that the dashcam has a long life, an SD card of at least 128GB. I also like it when it has a rear camera, but that is not a must.
I ended up with a https://www.viofo.nl/collections/viofo-dashcams/products/viofo-a139-2ch-gps or a https://www.viofo.nl/collections/viofo-dashcams/products/viofo-a129-plus-duo . I also saw a 4K model, but I think you can easily recognise number plates on 2K images, can't you?
Are there people who have experience with these dashcams and want to share? Other suggestions are also welcome. Thanks in advance!
