The W124 is royalty. It's an honor for the Phantom to be based on it. Despite the atrocity I applaude his effort, though the car could have done without the black hood.
 
umm .. such cars doesn't get registered here, the police has to right something to describe the car in the registeration, and this is tough to describe :D
