Buying Check BMW 116i at Brement

I would like to buy one car at www.autohus.de in Bremen. It's BWM 116i 1.6 petrol 2008 year. I am from Serbia and I would like to buy it online, that shouldn't have to come to Bremen.
I have report about optical condition from Dekra, but I would also like that specialist from some service go to Autohus and to check car, start it, drive a little, connect lap top and check engine and all other part, and give me reports about real condition of the car and advice should I but it.
If you have to recommend services please post here....
