Carspin Forum Member bought a GL...

Should I go the GL CDI route this is the combo I will select...Metallic Black with Ash and all options on the MBUSA site minus the Rear Seat Entertainment, Trailer Hitch and Heating Package.

Looks good. :usa7uh:

I was trying to picture what a white GL would look like. :D

I just came from the local dealer where I dropped off the S for a new windshield replacement. Picked up a stone a couple of weeks ago and bingo...new window.

I looked at several colored GL's on the lot and the White looked really good (I was tempted)...but I want a change and really liked my '98 wagon combo of Obsidian Black and Beige, although I would get the Ash now.

White would be a tempting color. But as much as I love white on cars, I think the GL is one of those cars that just doesn't look good in white. The G-Class does, the GL doesn't IMO. :usa7uh:

Cool. He was my advisor when I first started working there. I now work for Doug Murry.
Richard Wulf is an ass. He tried to get me fired several times when I was on his "team", and failed miserably. Yes each time was for no good reason, he just did not like me.

Mark is a really nice guy and treats me royally. Never had a problem with anything.

The sales staff is something else...I purchased one car there in 12 years. Low Ball Steve and the others think they have you in their pocket. When I test drove the GL a week or two ago, they indicated MSRP for the diesel...bye, bye...:-))

 the GL has just been launched in south africa, and saw my first 1 on the road, all i can WHAT A DAMN FINE SUV.the best i have seeen till now.... for all those choosing the GL i salute You.....
