Hi and welcome to GermanCarForum. :t-cheers:

You've stumbled upon something really rare. It always difficult to tell with such older Mercedes from the 1930s because many of them looked alike yet had different engines.

Judging from the engine capacity of 4984cc and the horsepower rating of 100/160-hp this is definitely a mid 1930s (beginning 1934) 500K model. It's a Kompressor (supercharger) equipped model that produces 100-hp when the Kompressor is deactivated and 160-hp when the blower is engaged. Looking at the convertible layout, it is probably a 500K Cabriolet Typ C.

By the way, Auftrags-Nummer means "order number" and that's a great place to start if you want the beginning history of this car. Contact the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center. Other terms on the VIN are:

Eigengewicht: Empty weight
Hubraum: Engine cc
Leistung PS: Performance
Wagen und Motor Nummer: Vehicle and Engine number

If you are in the US, you can also contact the MB Classic Center in Irvine, Ca at +1(949) 598-4850.

I would have to agree that is a 500K Cabriolet, although I am not sure if it is type B or C.
