i am slightly disappointed with the figures, i read it somewhere it will do 0-62mph in about 2.5 sec. Maybe it is just the surface of the test track? It has 4WD, so does it matter if the track isn't as grippy. Does the car have launch control?

At 1 million Euro's, it better have launch control

Now that I got that out of the way... nice performance!

Not that' its a big deal if you have the money but it's a little cheap of Bugatti.. Especially considering the orignal price is over 1.000.0000 Euro's

Porsche offers 4 years/50,000 on all models including the Carrera GT.

I've been looking over the figures and am glad to see they are nearly spot on from Autocar's figures, if my memory serves me correctly Autocar's Veyron hit 60 a tad shade slower (2.8 seconds) but breached 100 mph a few shades quicker (5.5 seconds)

The two magazine figures are near identical obviously, but i'm glad to see the Veyron being consistent. Now all we need is Sport Auto to give the Big Bug hell in a Super test.

Yeah is does have launch control, a very good one from what i hear.
