Bugatti @ Frankfurt 2009

What I am looking forward to most is the interior. The Veyron looks astounding on the inside and so does the Panamera. So I'm expected to be blown away by a striking art deco design.

Or you can expect much the same with a little bit of plastic surgery going on, LOL.

Report: Bugatti Bordeaux will not appear at Frankfurt show

Two grainy teaser images sparked rumors of a new Bugatti model to debut at this September’s Frankfurt Motor Show – allegedly a four-door coupe called the Bordeaux – but the latest report suggests the Internet rumor mill may have gotten ahead of itself.

According to The Car Connection, the model shown in the teaser shots is a Bugatti concept, but it will not be making an appearance at this year’s Frankfurt show. Instead, Bugatti will show it to prospective clients and dealers to gauge interest.

Bugatti officials haven’t indicated the concept will ever make it to the auto show circuit, but if support is strong, it could see production by 2012.

While exact details on the concept remain scarce, the vehicle is believed to be a four-door named the Bordeaux. The Veyron’s W16 powerplant is tipped to be on board – producing 987 horsepower – providing enough power to scoot the four-door from 0-60 in 3 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 250 mph.

I really hope they show this car as original rumored.

Oh dear God! 2012....For some odd reason I thought they were bringing it in production form. Considering how long we had to wait for the Veyron, I won't even hold my breath. Guess the S65 AMG can keep it's crown a little longer.

In other words, the product is already planned. They are going to show a bit of it to the general public and more of it to the rich guys. They are going to except orders and see exactly how many they need to build. Then by sometime next year it will be announced that the car is up for order and "magically" all the cars will be soldout already. ;)

So cynical, yet probably so accurate!

Lol. Good theory, a very plausible one. I predict the car to be an assembly of components collection from part bins from various VAG departments; Scaled down W16 engine from Bugatti(transmission too), a slightly modified chassi from the new Bentley Arnage, technical components such as AWD from Audi and then a pretty body on top of all this. VAG can have this car ready on the roads within a 12-18 month period.

Motortrend has a rendering they say it is based on some insider info.

Why do all that when they can elongate the Veyron chassis and add rear seats. LOL

BTW, this really looks like an egg on wheels. Not a bad looking egg, mind you. ;)

Now this is hot. This would kill everyone with 4-doors.

This is exactly what Maybach should be doing, crazy insanely unique cars that are out of this world in both, power and looks categories, well top notch quality shouldnt even be a question, but my point is, that instead of making the S-class look better for being based on it, they should let the S-class leave such competition from buggati upto Maybach, the name is perfect, and its market is so interesting. Im sure we'll be seeing something interesting soon though , lets hope so before buggati takes over ..:D
