The tail lights look odd and a bit too thin although the rest of the car does look good. Its a pity about the front overhang giving it a FWD look.

The closed-door previews have begun in Europe. So I am wondering if this is a render created by information from those previews?
A novel idea to show the production alongside the Neue-Klasse concept to show the differences made from Concept to production.

This is probably the most accurate render so far—especially from the front and side profiles.

I’m struggling with BMW pushing this “Neu Klasse” narrative. The concept car exterior was perfection. But between the camo cars & this what i believe to be very accurate rendering - nothing feels truly groundbreaking or fresh.

It’s fine. It’s pleasant. I think I mostly like it—but calling it a 'Neu' era feels like a stretch. That term should’ve been coined back when Bangle was putting out genuinely bold, forward-thinking designs in the early 2000s. This just isn’t hitting that level for me.

That has to be, IMO, the most inaccurate render of the 876 renders seen so far

Seems this renders are coming from particles of information from the closed-door previews. Some details are off because they clearly want the key details. But one thing clearly apparent is that the stubby appearance of the i3 is highly reminiscent of the E36 3er.

Do you have a feeling of the rear lights? Seems like the most sensitive part of the design at this point IMO.

I'm incredibly curious about the full profile and what it will look like when we see all the details without camo, such as the kink, the waistline, the proportions, etc., which indicate the real dynamics of the design.

Have not seen it myself that happens early next month. There is a deep dive coming up which will tantalise all the senses and try to answer the most salient questions. I would say the lights are like this in presentation. But the “L” is less slimmer maybe about iX3 size.
