Although it's certainly super close to the real thing.

I don't think so at all; it has the entire iX3 bumper, which will never be the case, and the kidney grilles are way off, as are the overall lines of the whole package.

Right? Looks so weird. Probably because of the render cause the wheels also look too small compared to the real photos.

I don't think the reality will be any different. The roof slopes down steeply, and the rear overhang will be short. It resembles hatchbacks that have been converted into sedans.

Can the mods start contemplating to ban Leylandi at least from every BMW thread in the future? This constant non stop trolling is so off putting for many.....

As for the render.....I love the chubby compact proportions, but absolutely do not like those taillights. This i3 and the G50 will complement each other so well!

A beige colour would work brilliant in the interior of the i3 / 3 Series. Actually, this dashboard rendition looks rather handsome and upscale.

However, at least for now, we won't get any other lighter shade than the Digital White one. I am really becoming rather fed up with this new trend of offering only cold, rather uninspiring colours, more or less combinations of white, grey and black.

Don’t expect to see that in production. The interior will mimic the iX3 offering, as reported by ynguldyn on BIMMERPOST (a pretty reliable insider).
