Alpina CS.

Just imagine it with a larger air intake and open grille.

It better had be.
I understand they brought the Skytop there and then the Speedtop, correct? In addition to BMW World, I saw the Skytop in the videos from last year's Shanghai Auto Show, and the Speedtop was at the Beijing Auto Show 30 days ago, so the world tour should be a given.

The reception is simply exceptional and BMW did take notice.

I would retain CS for a hypothetical 4dr. It sounds more suitable.

Nah... not for a second. Alpina's involvement with the original E9 CS models is fundamental thread in the history of BMW... that should be respected.

“Could see and exhaust and real quad pipes behind the garnish a Interior feels very much like a version of the latest BMW cockpits, could be relatively close to production-ready”

For drinking spirits or water/non-alcoholic beverages? I don’t picture any other drinks (champagne, prosecco, franciacorta, wine) to be drunk from those otherwise rather stylish glasses.

Press release only refers to water.... I suspect for obvious reasons...

Behind the rear console, a glass water bottle sits beside BMW ALPINA crystal glasses that rise on a self-deploying mechanism. Each glass is engraved with 20 deco-lines and features a six-degree rim profile, held by concealed mag nets and softly lit against the open-grain center console.
