Interesting to see the valve rotators on top of the valve springs - rotating the springs (past 1:34 one can see the red markings on the valve spring making a full rotation)

Finally, some good marketing for Motorrad brand. Jeez, my boss and I were the only ones doing a good job in Nor Cal for Motorrad back in the day. LOL

That statement is half true. Sure, a lot of motorrad customers were older gentlemen, but that had a lot to do with the fact about how much these bikes cost. They had some nice sport bikes, K1200S, K1200R and HP2 Sport come to mind. The problem is that those bikes are mad expensive and a normal young guy would rather go and get a CBR, GSX-R, R1/6, Ninja, etc. Those bikes are much cheaper than BMW because of the lack of telelever, have chains instead of shaft, etc.

The reason that the S1000RR is decently priced is because it's more in the line of the the other bikes, ie chain, no telelever, etc. All that brought the price down.
