M6 BMW E63/E64 6-Series & M6 Video Gallery

The BMW M6 is a high-performance version of the 6 Series marketed under the BMW M sub-brand from 1983 to 2019 (with a hiatus from 1990 to 2004). Introduced in the coupe body style, the M6 was also built in convertible and fastback sedan ('Gran Coupe') body styles for later generations. An M6 model was built for each of the first three generations of the 6 Series. Production of the M6 ended in 2019 and it was replaced by the BMW M8 (F91/F92/F93) in 2019.
Nice to see another video here after over 15 years lol.

The V10 M6 has an amazing engine sound in this video as the driver blasts it on the autobahn.

15 years later, and its still a masterpiece! This is true German engineering at its best. It's shocking how modern it still looks and how updated the interior and the interiors tech (with a CIC-system at least) is.

Over 20 years ago-and it still looks gorgeous:

The E63 6 series is like a fine wine that gets better over time. When this car launched in 2004/2005 I didnt really like the design and thought the rear hump and tail lights look fussy. But the stand out car was definitely the magnificent M6 with that amazing V10. Now 20 years later I do find the design attractive and it is timeless, it doesn't seem to have aged. That interior and dash with the Idrive screen is the pioneer of today infotainment screens and still looks modern. It has a fantastic looking steering wheel that looks better than BMW latest wheels.

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
