Hi,

Can anyone give me some reliable figures for the weight distribution of the E30 3-Series?

Some good websites with a lot of technical data and history would be cool too! Thanks. :t-cheers:

Hi car; I have got an old brochure e30, but I don't have a scanner, so for the moment i can only give you some data:

HP 0-100 km/h Vmax km/h Weight (kg.)

316 90 12.4 175 990
318i 105 11.2 184 1000
320i 125 10.4 196 1050
323i 139 9.2 202 1080

These are only 2-dr data, although 4-dr should be very similar

And don't be so impatient...:)

Thanks a lot for the info. I am very interested in the weight distribution though (friend of mine wants this info badly). :t-cheers:

In this brochure there are other data, (i.e. maximum load weight=460 kg. for all models) , but nothing else about weight distribution; anyway I'll try to see if I can get a 323i weight distribution from an old magazine.

cawimmer, check this site out: BMW E30 TUNING SEITE lots of infos and also scans of old magazines. German shouldn't be a problem to you :D

I just visited the website and you'll find the weight distribution of different models in the section "Archiv/Testberichte" (ams scans, tech. sheet). Enjoy.
